May is Mental Health Awareness Month!
Paige + Mike Yastrzemski teamed up with adkrockingfestival to bring awareness to mental health and to inspire people to know it's okay to not be ok. It's important to check in and care for your homies!
100% of profits from this collection of "Mustache May" go to the Heart and Armor Foundation. The Heart and Armor Foundation aims to protect the health of veterans and to connect civilians to the experience of military service. We are hoping to help them with their request of creating medical, social, educational, and cultural resources for veterans, and to enhance their legacy of service and citizenship.
Mustache May Began: as a way to focus on something larger than baseball. I was in Norfolk for the 3rd time and I was down on myself and I leaned into the larger mission of May when baseball was tough. Since then it has gained traction and grown into an opportunity to help those who have mental struggles but may not be aware of the resources available to them. So let's spread the word with hits and strikeouts and make sure you check in with your homies, you never know when they'll need you.
